India as we know has the record of having the largest population of youth in the world. And with that falls a great responsibility of guiding young minds towards their dreams to make great use of this wonderful opportunity.

At KC Pullaiah Foundation, every year career counseling sessions are organized to help students benefit on various levels. Along with motivating the youngsters, the Foundation has taken up the responsibility of ushering the students in their goal setting. So far, Career counseling sessions have been organized in the government schools to help the students choose appropriate career paths as per their interests and aptitude. Many students benefited from this initiative and are succeeding in their professional lives.

These programs were offered in 265 government schools in 38 Mandals of the Kadapa districts with the support of Shri Hari Kiran IAS, the then District Collector of YSR Kadapa.

I am keerthana degala before lockdown I had the best memories best time I spend was Anuprerana project it was 5 days camp in Kadapa which was organized by KC Pullaiah Foundation, the hospitality, accommodation was fabulous. The main aim of program Anuprerana was to give career counselling to 9th and 10th standard students.KC Pullaiah foundation provided career counselling books to each and every student. The books had so much information about the higher studies how to apply for colleges and how to apply for scholarships what exams they need to write, the book was having so much information which would guide students to reach their goals and set their goals.

Anuprerana is a wonderful program taken up by the K C Pullaiah Foundation. Today most of us are in a dilemma in deciding our careers due to lack of proper guidance. When it comes to the students of Government school it's far away for them, here comes the Anuprerana where we travelled to different villages in kadapa district of Andhra Pradesh and met the students of Government school, interacted with them, guided them in their career selection and found pure souls in them. When it comes to the KC Pullaiah Foundation, they have arranged the best accommodation and transportation facilities to make it happen successfully without taking any chance. I got know about KC PULLAIAH foundation and its humanitarian works way back in 2019 which led me to join the organization and lend my hand to take part in the good deeds done across the state. I got an opportunity to take part in other Massive career development program called "Anuprerana" for class X students across kadapa district Govt school in the year 2019 December. It's been a great pleasure to work and contribute some amount of time in helping students choosing the career path and have bright future.
